YOU can help us simply by spreading the word about horse slaughter!

Many people do NOT realize that nearly 100,000 American horses are being shipped for 30 or more hours without rest, water or food only to end up on a kill lot floor in Mexico and Canada...the old "glue factory" phrase really does not exist today. Horses are being slaughtered for HUMAN consumption, many people do NOT know this is going on.

Tell your friends that horse slaughter is NOT humane euthanasia. Tell them that horses are an American Icon and should NOT be brutally slaughtered.

A homeless horse is NOT an "unwanted horse" there is NO such thing as an "unwanted horse" in the United States.

Tell your friends to get involved, make a call to their senators and legislators and let them know that they do not want horses shipped to Mexico and Canada to be horrifically slaughtered.  

Only when a large portion of the American public is made aware of what is happening, will this inhumane and barbaric practice finally be stopped. Knowledge is power...it's why we are going all out to spread the word, via the billboard campaign, this website, flyers, and hopefully soon, a televised public service announcement.

One horse shipped to slaughter is too many, PLEASE help spread the word today!

The pro slaughter side hopes we will fail, hopes that human apathy will prevail and this will be something that will get done "later or tomorrow"...for a horse standing in line waiting to be killed, there is no tomorrow.
